โWe stayed for 1 night. Staff and hotel were excellent, the kids bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for a 10 year old but the overalll stay was great and food was lovely in the restaurant. We didnโt get to try breakfast unfortunately as we had to leave at 7.30am and breakfast didnโt start till 8amโ
โThe staff were lovely ,very friendly. Room was really nice ,bed very comfortable excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was hot ,loads of choice. Fresh cooked eggs .fresh juice .coffee spot on โ
โI had a fantastic time staying here for my wedding weekend! The staff were absolutely fabulous, and the room was spotless. The beds were so comfy, I honestly didnโt want to leave! Canโt wait to book and stay again soon!โ

The staff our lovely from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so helpful and kind.
Breakfast was top notch and the hotel has an amazing view of the city. โ
โThe hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.โ
โThe hotel was located just outside the Cardiff Central railway station and very close to the city center and the castle. The room was nice and clean and the fridge was working nicely. Breakfast was superb.โ
โMy partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Fox and Hounds. A little haven just up the road from the bustle of Cardiff where we had a brilliant night seeing the Stereophonics. Adam and all staff couldnโt have been more welcoming and attentive, very friendly locals and a brilliant taxi firm recommended who chauffeured us to and from the gig. An absolutely lovely little break away and we are looking forward to returning, concert or not. โ
