"One of the best showers my dad has ever had during my his night stay to watch football. Very comfortable bed. Would’ve liked to have had a bottle of water in the room but otherwise it was everything he wanted for a night’s stay."

"We couldn't find fault in anything we encountered. Every area of hotel was spotless, the room extremely comfortable and spacious. We had the deluxe junior suite. The bathroom large and very well thought out. We used the recommended parking at the Principality stadium which was easy to access and convenient ."

"Lovely hotel...excellent location for Utilita arena. Reception staff very helpful. Staff at breakfast were great, came to check that everything was ok. Great breakfast selection. Room and all areas of hotel were clean. Great night sleep despite being near a busy road...couldn't hear the traffic from the room. Would definitely recommend 😊"

"Lovely room my only criticism was the shower was very poor also a nice Sunday roast but just not hot enough, lovely staff and wonderful swimming and sauna , will return but the shower issue needs sorting very poor."
