"The staff were nice and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff don’t clean/replenish the towels daily (every few days), but staff promptly responded to my request for new towels. The stay included breakfast, which was nice, but they ran out of some items (I.e. yogurt). The room was overall clean but the door was very heavy (hard to open and close) and there was some possible water spots on the ceiling. Overall my stay was pleasant with no major issues."

"The outside of the hotel could use some work. There isn’t much of a handicap ramp, the sidewalks and curbs are all broken and hard to walk on. The lobby was nice, very simple and clean. Our TV wasn’t working and no one said anything until they came to the room and walked in…knocked once and never announced who they were or what they needed till they were in the room. Unfortunately, the air conditioner system only stayed on for about 4 hours and resulted in us getting up in the middle of the night to turn back on and reduce the temperature (72 for a setting of 68)."
