"The room was clean but had tears in the wallpaper, scuffs that need paint. Worn a little bit. No coffee machine or microwave. These are not cost saving measures - but convenience for most people. I get it - make money. But from this customer - first time this happens to me - and will be the last. I would rather stay on the other side of strip - and take taxis to WSOP next time. Thanks but no thanks. Steve Wabnitz"
