"We had a fantastic stay at the Raddison! Our room configuration for a family of 4 was great!! The pool was fantastic for kids. My son loved the slide and there were plenty of shady spots in the pool and surrounds. The staff at the Raddison are just soo beautiful! Everyone is soo friendly and nice! The Lebanese restaurant is the best out of all the restaurants. We wished we utilised the kids club more. They were great and the Nannie's were amazing! Overall it's a great location for a young family especially the pool! "

"We arrived early to enjoy the amenities and were greeted with lays, tropical juice and escorted to reception with beautiful polynician musician. We so enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting and beautiful grounds. We did have lunch and our order was not placed so after an extensive wait they did rectify the mistake and we received our lunch. We reserved dinner three days prior to arrival for the Signature restaurant ! The service, food and atmosphere were a once in a lifetime experience! Arthur our “personal host”even stopped by dinner to see if our stay was everything we had expected! We wished there was more coral and fish to see when snorkeling on the property! Overall, absolutely beautiful!"

"I was so impressed with the Shangri-la. The grounds and gardens were immaculate. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Air Conditioning was so good after being out on the heat. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful you really did feel at home and looked after. Everyone was super friendly. Loved how the golf cart could drive us up to the restaurants or stopped to pick us up when passing. The fire show was fantastic. We tried all the restaurants, they were all delicious too. The happy hour at the adults only was a real bonus and such a draw card. Pools were clean. We can't wait to come back! thank you Shangri-la and all your staff for making our holiday wonderful."
