"Unbeatable location and friendly staff but can't really say good about anything else. The rooms were old and small, with partial view of the Grand Canyon. Food options are limited around the area so plan ahead."

"Very nice hotel. Great pool and lounging area. Very nice arcade room for kids and a bar for the adults. Lots of Grand Canyon information and recreations of different views. Highly recommend!! Special feature was the live elk wandering across the property! They are NOT pets so admire from a distance! There are a few options for food close by but may have to drive a bit for more choices."
"Often, a memory of a hotel is about the room. In this case, everything was clean and tidy. But, Steve, at the front desk left my wife and I with the best impression. A friendly face is always welcome at the end of a long drive. And Steve went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I hope the general manager reads this review. Thanks Steve!"
