"For what we expected based on other experiences with similar price point and what seemed like decent reviews, we were sorely disappointed. The bathroom wall was left dirty splattered with some brown cream Several dishes were dirty with food on them, the kitchen was not well equipped - for a 2 bdrm apartment, having a pot or pan that could cook more than 1 serve "

"The apartment was very good but to check-in I needed to phone for the instructions to be released as they had not been by 3.30pm. And later there was a noisy party at the adjacent apartment with teenagers all over the place wandering around. It felt a bit threatening to be honest. The upside was I could walk to the place I booked this place for, but next time I will look elsewhere as it was overpriced."

"Great stay, good spacious room, kitchen has everything i needed. Decent size and lovely balcony to get afternoon sun and morning breakfast. Great to have ability to help myself to laundry detergent, and cleaning utensils etc. Handy washing machine and dryer. Would say however the cleaners dont clean till late. Often after lunch and id go out for my morning only to find cleaner wanting access after 12. Also cleaning every 3 days would be good if sheets changed every 2 days. Daily checks for towels and toiletries but can also help myself at reception. Great spot right on top of the river. Would def stay again. Parking also great value."

"Overall comfort and cleanliness was fantastic. The bottle Shop and the restaurant are apart of the entire complex. We were on a 2 night stay for a conference. Once we returned to our room we didn’t need to leave for anything. Restaurant food at the Glen Hotel was fantastic , service also. Will be returning next year. "
