![The shimmering, jewel hued waters of the aptly named Emerald Bay was a sight for sore eyes. By far the best view in Lake Tahoe! My only regret was not packing my swimsuit.. or a decent pair of walking shoes to hike down to Vikingsholm.

Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe
Stayed here for a quick trip to ski. Excellent location in the village. Staff was friendly, but should be considering there was $100 resort fee per day and $40 per day for valet (no other parking option). QR signs for tipping were everywhere. We were there on weekdays at the end of ski season, but ...

Clean room and nice staff. Fee popcorn and hot tea. Hot coco. Free breakfast. My family loves. We definitely will come back again.
