"This was our first time in Chicago. My sister and I saw this Best Western as a convenient choice for the Pokemon GO! Fest of 2026. Wow, what a beautiful building! Very safe too. The lot is lit so brightly and is next to a small banquet hall so we weren’t scared about coming back to the room very late. The room was beautiful; comfy sheets, updated TV and nice amenities. The staff were so friendly to us upon check-in and held our bags both at check-in and check-out so we could go explore the city luggage-free. Free breakfast could use a little more variety but it was perfect to help us save on food costs. The parking lot is a bit small so do be aware when needing to park a vehicle here. We didn’t have to park so we didn’t need this option. Overall, we’d choose this Best Western again!!!"
