South Suburbs, Illinois hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Clean and nice, close to restaurants, easy parking. Park is across the street. "

"I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 time over the past year without any problems or inconveniences. This time however when i went to heat up my dinner, The microwave did not work at all. It was 6:30 pm,I called the front desk and was told nobody was there to bring a replacement. Eating a cold burger and mashed potatoes was not pleasant"

"I liked the location. We had so many options for restaurants and bars and shopping. The hotel is old and looks run down a bit in the hall ways but the rooms are nice and clean and great water pressure in the sbower. Another issue was the noise, the walls are thin so I could hear other guests and the traffic too"

"Overall a newer and nicer hotel, but the pool area was closed. The rooms were not carpeted and there were a couple edges that could have been swept better and the housekeeper kept forgetting to refill my coffee packets, but it was generally a nice stay in a a nice facility."
