“DO NOT GO HERE. This place is infected with cockroaches. You will experience cockroaches in your bed when you wake up, crawling on you in your sleep. I went here to have some rest from exhausting work, and found a cockroach on the desk. I called the front desk and they said pest control is not available at 11PM, rooms are fully booked, and they do not have authority to give me a refund or any compensation. “The name "Midway Airport" is misleading, as this hotel doesn't really have anything to do with the airport. The parking lot is also quite small. I do want to recognize the young man working the front desk on the night shift. He had outstanding hospitality skill, he was professional, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He made the best impression during our stay and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten his name so I could name him. His hospitality skills...
