"Breakfast was not complimentary. First floor rooms had sliding glass doors which did not make me feel secure. Room decor was average but had a dark/dingy feeling to it.. Overall it was an OK place to stay, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to others."

"The room was very clean, quiet, and neat: staff was friendly and helpful; the breakfast was fresh, hot, and offered good variety; and the air-conditioning kept the room very comfortable on a hot day. We would not hesitate to stay with this Hotel Lotus again. "

"The breakfast and couple staff members we spoke to were the only positives about this hotel. The pictures are very misleading. Upon arrival we were told that we had 15 minutes to let them know if anything was wrong with the room. Everytime we turned on the tub brown water would come out, the fridge didn’t work, at one point the door battery died and we were locked out of our room until we could change the batteries. Entrance 7, the door was broken so anyone could enter without a key. There were multiple people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot despite there being “onsite security”. There is no elevator so hopefully you don’t stay on the second floor. "
