"Great location, rooms were spacious, parking was EXCELLENT! Only issue I had was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room. I understand for safety reasons but the one available was downstairs and was not out during breakfast hours; it was made available after breakfast. When traveling with small children it’s sometimes essential to have a microwave just because of how picky they are and may want something outside of traditional dining hours. Otherwise, it was a great stay!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in Florida, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Although the facilities look nice at first glance, the reality is far from acceptable. Housekeeping never cleaned our room during our entire stay not even once which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The carpets were visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were very poor. The service was extremely disappointing. It was obvious that the hotel is understaffed, but that should not excuse the lack of basic service and attention to guests. The only positive aspect was the breakfast, which was decent, but even that lacked variety. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, staffing, and customer service."

"We booked through Hotels.com which said ALL fees included. At check-in we were not told about being charged resort fees and taxes. When I asked if there were any other fees, the receptionist told me “No” but when we checked out they charged us a resort fee of $40 plus taxes. Yes, it’s only 40$ but we specifically asked when checking in and so it really leaves you in a bad mood when you leave. The front desk was also pretty rude about it. Return to the Hilton Sundestin for vacation? Nope. Hilton, I expect honesty and integrity, not this."

"The room was clean, very spacious. We loved that there was a TV in every room not just the living area. Kitchen wasn’t needed by us but it was an excellent perk and had all the needed things inside of it. The staff was very friendly, always greeted and checked on when passing through. We didn’t use the laundry room, but we did use the pool. Could used more cleaning but overall loved it. The hot tub was also a plus."
