"The AC was not working in our room both nights. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast so we had to buy breakfast from outside. We could not sleep for 2 nights. The bathroom vent was making loud noise. It was a waste of money with so much inconvenience. "

"I paid for a casita suite which I thought would’ve been better than a regular room. It was average not very clean. The water in the shower took forever to warm up. Our sink broke and the water would not stop running. We had to get then to just turn the water off to that sink. Luckily there was another. "

"I showed up on the morning of 7 March 2026 and was in desperate need for a place to let my kids sleep for a few hours. I can’t recall the front desk woman’s name but I’d really like to shout her out. She was absolutely amazing and helped me get my daughter and son in a comfortable bed when I needed it. "Unfortunately we had a poor visit. I had chosen the hotel for the heated pool since it was advertised as heated. Apparently the pool has not been heated for a few years. When we arrived we were told to excuse the noises and mess due to renovations. Which we understood and went about our night. Unfortunately at 8 am in the morning, the drilling and banging began. The noise was horrible and we were no longer able to sleep in. Perhaps if they would not have put us in the 5th floor which was one floor below the construction it would not have been a problem, but I strongly suggest you do not book here while renovations are happening! "
