"Was clean and in a good area with a lot around. The only complaint I have is the beds are not very comfortable. With a hotel of that magnitude it should be able to afford decent mattress's, other than that it was great! Also maybe a remodel and adding a hot tub. Adults that go on trips without kids enjoy some adult time in a hot tub. "

"Room was very small, pool was super dirty. Front desk called my room 5 times while i was trying to soothe my baby back to sleep bc the connecting room Complained she was crying. Elevators are crap, very old and jumpy. For a hampton def expected a better kept facility."

"The place could use some overall updating, but the floor was filthy. My feet were black after walking around the room. For the price, it wasn't horrible. The bed was comfortable, the linens were soft, & the unlimited hot water for a shower was a Godsend after driving all day. The place just really needs some maintenance & cleaning. The staff was very nice. "
