“The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good.”

“It was our anniversary and we asked for a room with a balcony and Ocean view and they got back to us right away, standing that they would set that up for us. The room was perfect. Didn’t realize it had two full bathrooms two balconies overlooking the ocean and it also had the pool with the spa hot tub that we used every night. Everyone there at the desk was so lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and up-to-date. We can’t wait to go there again thank you for a beautiful place to stay.”

“It was offseason and we found it a very nice priced stay and kept well clean. The grounds were in great shape. Everyone was extremely nice.”

“Great location. Nicely decorated in true Cape Cod style. Generously supplied kitchen and bath equipment. We will try to stay again in the future. ”

“A small part of the property is NOT on the courtyard or the beach, it's across the street. When booking on Expedia, this was not clear (to me, at least). The room was fine, but no views and only a slight inconvenience to walk across the street to the courtyard and beach.”

“I think for what it was, the price was very reasonable. It was on the beach, I had an ocean view and a balcony, and a full, small kitchen. It was showing some wear, and some of the surfaces were a little beat up, but that's what I would expect at that price. You should know that it's a little out of town and not within walking distance of a restaurant. However, if you have a car, town is just a seven minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It took almost an hour to check in every key didn’t work in the lock on the door. I need a new battery. It was pouring out rain instead of putting me into a new room. They had me wait outside. My room said it was on the water. I was across the street and around the corner.”

“Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a...

“깨끗하고 편안하고 안락한 여행이었습니다. 바로 앞에 비치도 아름다웠고 수영장 이용이 즐거웠습니다. 또한 작은 스파 공간이었지만 몸을 노곤하게 만들어 주었고 여행의 피로를 풀기에 충분했습니다.”

“Everything was even better than we'd hoped. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean, and we couldn't have been in a better location! The view of the harbor, proximity to shopping and dining, and ease of check-in/out made for the perfect vacation. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you could need. I highly recommend this beautiful property for your stay on Nantucket!”

“Our Unit was very nice & clean. And the staff were quite pleasant. However, the mini blinds in the kitchen need replacing and a couple of cob webs removed. The pipes in the bathroom to the toilets are all rusted. And the green stains in the tub and sinks are not appealing. I take there is a lot if chlorine in the water. The upstairs remote doesn't work on either tv. The sidewalks outside of our unit/ building were badly broken with chunks of cement missing which are a tripping hazard.”
