"Our favorite thing, and the reason we chose this hotel, was its proximity to the ocean. We booked a room on the east side of the hotel and the bay was less than 10 feet from our window--we kept it open all night so we could hear the waves. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace by the water."

"Perfect little mini resort in Provincetown. Clean room, fun pool and cabana area, and firepit and water sprinklers for the little ones. Right across the street from the harbor but before the crowds on Commercial Street. Friendly staff."

"We stayed here when we went to see Hayley Williams perform at Xfinity Center and had a really good experience overall. We’d definitely stay here again if we came for another show at that venue. The property appears to have been recently renovated and the interior looks beautiful, modern, and aesthetic. My only real complaint is the carpeting in the rooms. Our 1st-floor room had a pretty strong odor when we walked in, almost like it had previously been a smoking or pet-friendly room. It was strong enough that I worried our clothes might pick up the smell. Since the sink stopper was also broken in that bathroom, I ended up asking to switch rooms, and the staff were fantastic about accommodating us. Our 2nd-floor room was better and didn’t have the odor. The bed was comfortable, shower had great water pressure, and the room had a huge TV, microwave, coffee maker, and everything else we needed. The included breakfast was also surprisingly good, with hot options like scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes, plus cereal, fruit, and other basics. Overall, a great stay. I’d just love to see the room carpets replaced with hard flooring to match the rest of the renovation. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"room wasn’t the cleanest but it was overall a good stay. in their defense we did ask for an early check in. nice waterfront view! i didn’t realize i booked a room with a view so that was a nice surprise."

"This is one of our "go-to" places on the cape. Nice outdoor pool area with attached tikki bar. Sandy firepit area to hang out at night. Near everything too."

"The room was great and the staff were very helpful. What we really liked was the hotel shuttle to downtown. It is almost impossible to park downtown, so the shuttle made seeing town very enjoyable."
