“Lugar muy accesible para playa y bares. La cama no nos resultó cómoda porque era muy blanda pero el personal se mostró amable y comprometido buscando una solución, terminaron por cambiar el colchón. La comida y desayuno estaban muy bien. La limpieza excelente e instalaciones. ”

The hotel helped us to get a taxi who helped us to go around Rio, and visited all the tourist places.
The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! Everything that you could imagine, including, fresh juices, fruits, cakes, breads, eggs, vaccines, yogurt and many more.

Desta vez notei que a limpeza diária das acomodações estava deixando a desejar, uma limpeza muito superficial!! Apenas tiravam o lixo, trocava as toalhas e arrumavam a cama. Outra coisa que os hotéis 5 estrelas normalmente fazem na orla da Barra é a disponibilidade de barracas e cadeiras para a praia cujo o windsor barra parou de disponibilizar desde a pandemia. Isto era um diferencial dos demais…”
