"Not enough carts for luggage, I have a bad hip, my husband just got out out of a boot from a broken ankle, no carts when I checked in, waited 15 more minutes as staff said people had just checked in, never saw anyone else in the lobby, so we carried everything in, it took 4 trips, still no cart. I did find one in the morning, it made checking out much easier, everything else was great!"

"We stayed there in July. I was blown away at the neatness, comfort, amenities, and location. The staff always greeted us when we left and came. The only issue was a couple of spots (very small) on the white comforter, but like it was still laundered. Water was always welcomed on the main floor and the staff at breakfast was so inviting. Oh and the breakfast, you don’t find that in Texas. We will 10/10 stay there again!!"
