“Was good will stay there again”

“The room was comfortable, breakfast very good. But after I got settled into my room for an hour, I could hear this loud thumping noise every 5 minutes. I went downstairs to check. I met one of the staff and asked what the noise was. Her response was what noise, and it was only the front door opening. I went over to the front door and opened and closed it, but no noise.
