The check in process dimmed my immediate impression as the staff person was very impersonal and cold, unfriendly. But then the manager entered and he was kind and informative, helpful then and later. “The front desk staff leaves at 7 p.m., so if you arrive after that, check-in might be a bit confusing. But they do call you in advance to explain the check-in instructions.
