"Loved this property. You can walk through all of downtown Banff perfectly from this location. Quiet and clean. Bed was super comfy. Rooms are very large. Staff is great. Lots of perks like free parking and bus pass. The rooftop has 2 hot tubs that are clean and comfortable. The indoor pool is a bit smaller than I’m used to but it’s still a great perk. Would stay here again. "

"The balcony looking out at the mountains... the fireplace...the swimming area that wasn't overly chlorinated...the outdoor seating area...and the proximity to dining areas as well as other activities made it great. Comfy beds... The staff was very pleasant. "

"Came for a one night stay with a friend, we found the property to be clean and comfortable (although I found the mattress to be much too firm). Nicely appointed kitchen and the space we booked suited us nicely. Batteries in both TV remotes were dead, so attention is needed there. Check in and check out was easy, and we appreciated the underground parking. I would definitely stay here again."

"I found the climate control in the room didn't work as well as expected, it took almost 2 days to get a comfortable temperature. Next time a room above main floor would be a better choice."
