"It’s relatively inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. It’s a bit dated and the was a musty smell whenever i entered my room. Having a kitchenette was useful. Laundry was paid via credit card so no need to bring fists full of quarters. I was traveling alone so it was adequate for my needs. If the little lady was with me, i guarantee we would have been looking for another place to stay."

"The hotel was perfectly located for us, and the website description looked appealing. Unfortunately, almost nothing about it was genuine. I almost never leave bad reviews because I figure the business is struggling to do better. You decide on this one. The booking was for a 2bed room with a tub (jetts, safety features,etc). What we got was: A room with 1bed & a jacuzzi (see pix). Since room available was extremely limited, we accepted we weren't going to get what we booked. However, there's reasonable accommodation & there's lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Here's the list of problems: Pillows smelly&yellow and clerk thought it funny we were asking for pillows--We actually went to local big box store and bought pillows. TP was wet, so couldn't use it. Was given more TP--Then we realized it was wet because bathroom ceiling leaking Hot-tub filthy Half-used toiletries displayed Shower filthy and extremely slick Floor didn't appear to be clean The A/C functioned well. The mini-fridge was operational. Everything else wasn't clean or wasn't working. Enter at your own risk!!!"

"Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. "

"Great location but it is being remodeled and a lot of dust and some noise. Cleaning crew left our room open all day while we were gone, thank god nothing was missing. We reported to front desk and they advised that it happened to be because door needed to be adjusted to self close… "

"They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. "

"Fantastic location in a very nice area. Tons of dining/shopping options and staff is wonderful. Property is clean, quiet, and room was great. Have stayed here several times and always have a great experience. "

"When I arrived into my room, I quickly called the front desk because there was a smoke smell all throughout the room and a strong mold smell in the bathroom. The guy working at the front didn’t apologize for it or the inconvenience or didn’t offer to switch me to another room. He just came up with a bottle of air freshener, sprayed and left. Also, breakfast should be replenished for the hours it is served- they ran out of a lot of basics."
