"Putting a rope to force people into a line just to get breakfast is completely ridiculous. It creates a long and unnecessary wait because people are still deciding what they want to eat while standing there. This is simply bad management and poor planning. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and I have never seen such a poorly organized breakfast setup. It honestly feels like you are trying to discourage guests from eating there. This is frustrating, inconvenient, and extremely unprofessional. You should be ashamed to treat your guests this way."

"The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the front desk but who knows if it will be resolved and what else may have been overlooked? "

"100% sure the sheets were NOT washed. Hair that was not mine and dirt on the sheets, pillows were old and terrible no support. We woke up with stuffy noses, door doesn’t seal Shut and it was loud with truckers and people outside. Heard people going up steps all night. Do not recommend! "

"The staff was amazing. I’m not gonna lie. This is not the most elite hotel but I promise you as a mom or four that was just trying to get away and relax in a quiet, peaceful environment. It was perfect and it was not expensive."

"Not my cup of tea… if you’re looking for a Holiday Inn with no breakfast this is your place. It was my first stay at a Hyatt Studios definitely my last. It’s a great room excellent kitchenette "

"Long story short, I killed a cockroach in the lobby (that should’ve been my first red flag). The room was dirty, pink rhinestones were on the carpet, the mirror and bathtub were dirty. The bedsheets from both beds were stained. One of the mirrors had writing in sharpie from a previous individual. The first floor smelled of weed. The only good thing about the hotel stay was Melody at the front desk. If we wouldn’t have checked in nearly at midnight from a very long drive we would’ve gone to a different hotel. I called a few hours after check out and spoke with someone who had a foreign accent who was extremely rude to me. Will never stay here again. "
