"Have to walk clear through the hotel through the lobby to get to the pool. No microwaves in rooms. Only 1 shared old one next to the ice machine. Room floors were dirty. Staff was extremely rude. They were horrible to deal with. Was to scared to go into the casino. Mostly non -guest were using the casino, yelling cussing, playing 3 machines at once. Men sexually harassing women. No employees to help you cash out. I would never waste my money on this place again. "

"The hotel itself is quite nice, nicely detailed rooms with privacy blinds. Very clean and spacious. Large bathroom. Staff was very personable and efficient. The only thing that was missing was a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. Even without those amenities, i would give this place a 9.5 out of 10."

"Did use the gym or the laundry. Hallways looked like garbage. Lights broken and the carpet needs to be replaced. Staff at desk had the nerve to make us sogn a document saying unless room was inspected at check out they would keep my deposit. Also only the people on the reservation were allowed in the room. No parties, I was there with a five year old for dance competition. I have never seen that in a Hilton hotel. Deposit is higher than usual for incidentals. "

"The property itself isn’t bad but the noise volume was unbelievable. The Breakfast is nothing at all besides Cold cereal, coffee, and Oatmeal packets. The room have been semi remodeled but aren’t anything to brag about. "

"I recently stayed at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center at National Harbor to celebrate both my birthday and my best friend’s birthday. I want to start by recognizing the staff, who were extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was ready ahead of time, which was a pleasant surprise, and we genuinely felt like valued guests during check-in and interactions with the team. Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet the expectations associated with an upgraded stay. While the view was absolutely beautiful, the overall condition and design of the room were underwhelming. The shower design makes it very difficult to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor, which was frustrating. In addition, the ceiling vents appear outdated and there was a large square opening in the ceiling that was quite noticeable and detracted from the overall appearance of the room. Because this stay was meant to celebrate a special occasion, I was disappointed that the room quality did not match the premium experience I expected when paying for an upgrade. The service was excellent, but the room itself could certainly benefit from updates and better design considerations. "
