"Clean and large room, awkward staff at check in (and they needed my husbands ID wouldn’t accept mine which hasn’t ever happened) Room was so strange though (we had biggest suite, however window was completely blocked by the front overhang and felt claustrophobic. At one point police were on site so not sure about that. Breakfast was pretty good (hard for one person to keep up with all the hospitality though. "

"I rate this place 5 out of 5 stars. 1) The location is conveniently located to many eateries and parks (literally across the street). 2) Hotel amenities: small gym room but good enough for a decent work out. Plenty of common space seating area for reading, chatting, or playing board games (which they provide). Quaint garden patio areas. Self laundry machines. Indoor parking garage. 3) Decent hot breakfast (bacon, fresh eggs, potato graten) and continental breakfast. (And there's oatmilk!) 4) Inside the room: Shower water pressure good. We stayed at Bard's Inn across the street as well. Both hotels are pretty good. If you plan to utilize the hotel amenities or if you prefer a slightly better breakfast selection, then pick Plaza Inn. "

"Absolutely great experience except uneven mattresses"

"I was very impressed by their housekeeping staff. I heard the vacuum cleaner, and I saw her mopping the floor. She changed the sheets because I saw a pile of dirty sheets and a freshly made bed. That’s incredible because you’d be surprised what housekeeping tries to get away with in other hotels. Another impressive note, I had a concern and I asked to speak with the manager, she took a moment to listen to my concern and to address the situation. "

"We stayed on our way to Portland and liked it so much we returned on our way home. We upgraded to the king suite on our second stay and really enjoyed the view and the fireplace. Staff are friendly and breakfast was really good.only reason I gave this 4 stars is because on our first stay, the bed was hard and we could hear the guest in the next room who checked in at 11pm."

"Dirty, shared bathroom not properly advertised, no one at the check in to guide us in a no service area. Not enough light in the room. The coffee maker was awful and we didn't use... Overally a bad experience. "
