"We were disappointed to learn that the photos of the rooms pictured on the website were quite different than what we got. The fireplaces apparently are limited to a hal=dozen rooms, and you have to request a small refrigerator and microwave. The historic feel of the hotel is lovely--but, please, nix the rock/rap music in the lobby seating area. It just does not fit!"

"Not many places to eat outside of 24/7, Chop House and Mariposa. The first restaurant 24/7 is ok but pricey for the quality of food. The Chop House is expensive and we didn’t take the proper attire. Mariposa was expensive for the quality of food. Need more places to dine and more entertainment"
