Problem was, not enough hot water.. On 2nd shower, the hot water already ran out, and had to wait for water to heat. Terrible. Then wanted to pay for parking. Rate was 3000 RUB. The automatic machine charged twice!, 6000 RUB. When complained, had to fill a form for refund. waiting to get money. But...

"Excellent beach front hotel, beautiful area with seaside walking and biking concrete/stone paths, great beachfront bars with huge tv screen. Very close to Olympic Park and soccer stadium. In Adler about 45 minutes from Sochi. Beach is rocky but fun. Great variety on food menu. Hotel rooms in several modern and separate 3 level houses. "
