The hotel itself was quiet, with friendly staff. The family room that we booked was excellent for bringing kids and we particularly wanted pool access. Easy to book access to the pool. Late night an unknown man opened our door with a keycard and said he got the same room - we called reception, but they did nothing and did not contact us to apologize. We slept really bad and were scared people would get into our room during the night.
