"If you are handicap, be aware that the accessible rooms are falsely portrayed on the website. There is no shower seat, just a very dangerous high sided tub. Desk clerk was super sweet, but had no explanation as to why there was no seat as listed and in photographs"

For all travelers, they understand extended stay means there are at least some amenities in the kitchen. THE SHEETS DIDN’T FIT THE BED AND THEY PULLED OFF DURING THE NIGHT AND THE MATTRESS COVER WAS RIPPED. People were in the hallway, making noise until the wee hours of the morning."
