“Double charged for self overnight parking during check out was told by worker the $20 would be charged to room once leaving the property had to pay $20 to get out so they need to change parking garage sign to $40 for overnight self parking if that's what they charging ”
“I forgot to ask for the food voucher. But I did get my parking free, after help from an assistant. The hotel itself was great! It was clean, and the room was just right. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We used the shuttle to go to dinner, and the app, car and driver were all excellent.”
“The guy that was working Valet when we left was the Greateat EVER!!! He was there when we got there and he was there when we left. He went over and beyond. He did stuff for me and my son and was just Great and Awesome!!! Nothing more i can say about him!!! It was a Great stay there and we will be going back there to stay!!!”
“My reservation dates were incorrect and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful booking our stay upon arrival! I also recieved texts during my stay which allowed me the access to a box fan in my room and maintenance fixed a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink.”
