I have stayed at several hotels in my time and this place has it figured out. From the front desk, to the waitress at the restaurant, shuttle driver and security guard. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the area or anyone with a loved one visiting the Houston medical center. Keep up the good work! "

"Our purpose was only to keep our appointments at MD Anderson. They had everything we needed including a very convenient shuttle service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Upon arrival, we were informed that hotel is under partial renovation. NO restaurant on site, NO pool, NO workout facilities…just sleep. We cancelled and stayed up the street. Traveling with 2-baseball teams - this is completely unacceptable. SHAME on hotel AND HOTELS.com for not informing me. "
