"I don't always write reviews but I would be remiss if I didn't in this instance. For starters, this was my 1st stay at this chain and it was chosen based on reviews and proximity to the event venue we were attending. The Customer Service was top tier! From the young lady who checked us in to the staff that kept the breakfast and dinner buffet staffed and the housekeeping staff. Check in was a breeze, the young lady at check in was so professional and very informative. It was a nice surprise to have dinner and 3 adult drinks per adult included in the stay! There wasnt anything spectacular about the appearance of the facility, it was adequate. I had a king suite that was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, televisions in both rooms, ample storage space, and I loved that toilet and shower was seperate from sink. The water was hot and water pressue consistent. The large shower head made for a wonderful way to wash off the day. I didnt use the pool or the hot tub but the area was nice and the pool was partially covered, the hot tub completely covered. The property exterior seemed safe, was well maintained, and parking was ample. All in all, I would hands down stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. Customer service is very important to me and my family and the staff here got it right, every time. The staff here made a pleasant stay, exceptional!"
