"I have booked this property several times and stayed and never had any of the issues that I had during this stay. To begin there was six of us divided by three rooms. One of the rooms was paid for in advance and the other two chose to pay at the property which we had to pay extra money to do so. Around 6 o'clock the day of check-in, the property call saying that if we did not pay by 7 o'clock, they were going to cancel the room. I never had an issue with paying when I arrived at the property so I was confused. I called the property and was talking to a man who I later found out. His name was Chris even if that is his real name he was very rude and told me that if I did not pay by seven, they were canceling the room and I asked him about the refund for the amount we had to pay extra for choosing the option to pay at the property and he said there would be no refund and hung up on me. I then had to call the corporate number and I spoke with someone named Monica. She was great and made the process more tolerable she also stated that he was rude to her but she had informed him he couldn't cancel nd that we would be there before 2 AM which is what was told to me when I called earlier that day to ask when was the latest time that I could check in. he was still there When I check into my room, I opened the refrigerator and found someone else's pizza and red juice stains. The other room had dirty bed linen and he refused replace stating housekeeping had left for the day."
