Southwest Missouri, Missouri hotel rooms at the Drury Inn & Suites

"Not so many options at breakfast! The beds slept horrible, mines was broken on one side. Worst sleep ever while on vacation!!!"

"When I arrived they said I had another half an hour to wait which was fine so I waited. When I went back up they said it was going to be another half an hour ago 45 minutes. They said they could downgrade me to a non-hypoallergenic room. Still got charged the same. The bed was super comfortable. The room was also not soundproof so I heard everybody at the bar until all hours of the morning. I use the voucher for breakfast most of the food was cold or all the pastries was hard. You're out of various items when I brought one up to the staff members instead of looking to see if he had he's like we're out. It was barely 8:00 in the morning and you guys were already out of stuff. I have to stop back through this next week and I was going to stay there again but I'm remorse because of what happened."

"The staff was awesome. The service was great. Everyone was nice here. The rooms and Condos are top notch. Will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The room was much larger than I expected. The only thing I would recommend is to update the mattresses. I slept okay but the beds were not very comfortable. If I ever make it back to Branson, I will absolutely stay there again. It was a short drive to pretty much all the things we were doing. Also being able to see the Sight & Sound theater from the parking lot was pretty cool."

"Room was very clean, towels and sheets seemed new. Excellent care regarding our dogs. Breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast but fresh. "

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"
