"Great hotel. The only issue we had is each day the hotel would add random charges to our credit card. Watch your credit card statement. The hotel said they were using a new credit card system."

"I wish when I share in the message prior to coming to the city it was to get married they may have done something special or even said congratulations. I shared twice in the upcoming message it was to celebrate us getting married Friday may 1st 2026. Perhaps a lot of marriages do occured. I wish there would of been a place to get complimentary coffee 24/7 downstairs the thing was broken. Other than that we liked the hotel and it was a really nice experience."

"It’s beautiful inside. Staff were helpful and kind. The place is okay for cleanliness. It’s older, so there was dust in places. Tv in rooms but it doesn’t allow you to use streaming apps or to stream to the tv. They serve breakfast for free. Continental breakfast (make your own waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon available but go fast). Get up early if you want all items. Our room was large! Spacious. Room service food comes from a third party. Charging a lot to deliver so just use DoorDash or Uber Eats. They charge gratuity based on the amount. My friend and I got two meals, one drink, and rolled tacos and it was over $100. Save your money! Only thing I would change would be to allow streaming to the tv or have an upgraded tv with Roku services or similar. It was beyond annoying to watch tv and there’s a million commercials."
