"I have stayed at the Concourse in the past and loved it. Unfortunately, this time the room was not up to standard. It had a musty odor. It didn’t have all the usual amenities in the bathroom, and the windows were not triple glazed, so street noise was pronounced. "

The hot tub was not working the desk agent told me they were balancing the chemicals and should be open soon. The next day it was opening but the chemicals were harsh and caused a skin rash. No food/room service!"
