Just some interesting trees along the walking trail near the tourist park. The trail itself is ok for running! It's fairly smooth but isn't really that scenic unless you love seeing the Australiana outback over and over again. :)
It's been a few days in this beautiful country and I feel a month will never be enough to explore it - a lifetime will never be enough, in fact...I love the colour contrasts especially at dawn and dusk - i find myself fixated on a point snapping away one photo after another - and yet no photograph will ever capture this country's beauty adequately! Why does Switzerland not partner with Australia to grant Working Holiday Visas again?! ;) We're off to explore Margaret River and watch some surfing action before heading over to Esperance - there is simply not enough time to explore more of Western Australia. Disclaimer: I'm not exactly sure of the location of this photo. We charted a helicopter in White Gum Valley and spent about 8 hours flying along the coast to Albany. We stopped to refuel a couple of times but were mostly over rugged coastline and outback the whole flight. It was amazing! If you have the means, I highly recommend it!
