Worst value for money! Worst hotel choice ever!

Terrible experience! No serious anti-COVID 19 measures (hoards of irresponsible people wandering around without masks and no one asking them to put them on, no disinfectant in public places - except maybe for the lift doors from the main lobby, zero social distancing measures and none of the measures touted on site put into practice - especially those to do with nebulization or the 2-day lapse between check-ins / check-outs etc... in a nutshell, total chaos)! The restaurant experience was terrible too! Poor meals (canteen-like), with no room service (sic!) and no lunch alternatives! Also no bar facilities and no (or rather very poor) outdoor facilities for breakfast or dinner, but just a dim, quite strange indoor saloon put at guests’ disposal... As for the parking services, they are a shame! Far too few places for guests, incredibly bad organized, while other possibly available places are too far away, with practically no direct access to the hotel! As for the personnel, they are rude,

Überteuert, mehr Schein als Sein

Das Personal ist unhöflich, inkompetent, unmotiviert, insbesondere im Restaurant, aber auch im Wellness-Bereich. Es wird nicht darauf geachtet, dass Kinder keine Zutritt zur Sauna haben, dass die Hygienegrundregel (keine Badekleidung und Handtuchnutzung in der Sauna) beachtet werden, keine Aufgüsse. Das Restaurant bietet zwar lokale Küche aber kaum internationale Küche an - Geschmacksache. Die Zimmer riechen entweder nach gekochtem Essen oder nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Reinigung könnte besser sein. Der WLAN ist unbrauchbar. Der Parkplatz ist unterdimensioniert und ständig voll, der Zimmerpreis für dieses Land und die Hotelkategorie überdimensioniert, für die Qualität der Dienstleistungen überüberüberdimensioniert.

A good hotel

The hotel is nice and I would stay there again. When I booked the hotel I got charged in euros rather than pounds which occurred additional bank charges. The restaurant had new staff which needed more training.

Helt ok men inget mer.

Trevlig vistelse utan att vara något extra. Det bästa med hotellet var spa/pool-området i två våningar med olika pooler med ”vanligt” poolvattnet eller med vatten från den speciella salta sjön bredvid (Björnsjön). Vissa pooler var barnfria, också bra tycker vi trots att vi hade en tiomånaders baby med oss. Också bra var att man fick inträdet till sjön i rumspriset. Frukosten var ok men inte jättebra, middagen som ingick kan man skippa och i stället äta på någon av restaurangerna omkring.

Übernachtung und Bäder

Das Hotel, noch in kommunistische Zeiten gebaut, wurde gründlich und geschmackvoll renoviert. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Alles sah neuwertig aus. Im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen ist der Zugang zum Bäderbereich. Einige Becken sind mit Salzwasser aus dem Lacul Ursul See. Auch hier war alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt einige zum Hotel gehörende Parkplätze (gegen Gebühr), wir hatten aber ein kostenlosen Platz an der Straße gefunden. Die Mahlzeiten (Frühstück und Abendessen) werden als Buffet angeboten. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und alles schmeckte gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
