"The Bathroom was difficult. The shower was uncomfortable to use."

"This was booked for a night before the Take That concert. Although it was booked a very long time ago it was very expensive, £367. We expected a high standard hotel. The bedroom was large but on the shabby side as was the bathroom. The table was marked as was the dressing table. There was a well used looking Nepresso with only 1 pod of each of coffee so we both couldn't have decaf. The beds were very comfortable with 3 different types of firmness of pillow, which was appreciated The breakfast options were plentiful but the cooked breakfast items were only luke warm and there wasn't any gluten free bread available. Would I stay there again? Probably not as there are many hotels nearby that are a higher standard for less money."

"There was a wedding on , so couldn’t sit outside which was a shame, as air con in the bar was too cold. Didn’t stay and have another drink coz just too cold. Used spa Which was nice, but ladies changing rooms need more space and the floor needed to be cleaned more often. Minor point, but generally hotel nice"

"We had an issue with the shower head hose, but asked for maintenance to sort it. Which they did promptly which was very nice. The ac didnt work our entire 5 day stay, which was very unfortunate, as it was incredibly hot. We did not eat at the property, can not review that aspect. Their were little cleaning things that could be attended to, such as someone hung banners in our room, and they could have been taken down entirely instead of leaving staples and buts of paper on the walls. The bin bags for the garbage cans are very small, and you cant out much in them before the bin bag falls inside. The tip outside was over flowing, with many pallets laying about. Which was unfortunate. But what can you do when you get a large delivery. Still a nice friendly place to stay."
