"The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and spacious. The hotel rooms are in a different building than check-in, the lobby, breakfast and the pool. It’s not a far walk, but it was unusual. The kitchen is a full kitchen, which is greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable but the carpet had a little damage and discoloration in a small area, looking like it was not clean at first glance but quite visible as the area was prominent. Turns out it was damaged, not unclean. Not perfect, but the room was a very good value and very acceptable. The shower was great and the water was hot. I would certainly stay there again."

"Perfect for a solo trip. Room was clean and cozy. They let me park all day in the garage, despite the 11am check out, which is a huge perk. Hot tub is nice, too."

"We stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend to go snowboarding to Mountain Creek. It was a great experience as it was very close by and had restaurants and a liquor store walking distance. The room itself was very very nice! We did not expect that, but were happy to find out! The bed was big and comfortable, nice big table, mini fridge, and microwave. Also we had a MASSIVE smart tv. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable with great hot water. Jackie checked us in and told us to text her for anything we needed. We only had to text her once for small question about the heater and she answered very promptly and nicely. Check in and check out was excellent as well. Only two things I believe could’ve improved our experience. One, the floor was dirty. Not enough to see stains or anything like that but we could feel tiny rocks and debris which was very annoying, specially before getting into bed that we had to wipe our feet. The other thing was the bathroom sink. It would take its sweet time to drain. Sometimes we had to take turns brushing our teeth, washing our face or hands to wait for the water to go down to prevent overflowing. However those two were minor issues with all the other great things. Will absolutely come back for my next visit to Mountain Creek!!"

"Staff is nice. Rooms renovated but not fully. Old toilets too low to the floor. No new shower heads or sync faucet. Have to jump up a little to get on the bed.And I am five ten. Also the internet is very spotty."
