The location of this property is amazing, 10 minute walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and some historical sites and natural beauty to explore. The property I think appears larger in the pictures and the single area in front of the door where you can sit outside could benefit from a few pot plants but the property is beautifully air conditioned, clean and the host was very accommodating and communicative on getting us set up and sorting any queries we had. A great stay :)

Great experience. Very communicative host made check in very easy. The space comes w day passes to the Lido at The Belvedere, great bonus! Could comfortably sleep 5 people, definitely recommend.

Ground level apartment with excellent AC - appreciated especially during very hot summer weather. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores.

I want to say that we loved our experience, but I just can’t. The town is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. The property is a little farther from the beach than anticipated. It was a little hard to find as it’s located on a little beat up alleyway. There is not a lot of natural light. There’s a small window in the tucked away kitchen and a small window in the bathroom, but the main area doesn’t have any windows other than the door itself. Also, the shower doors don’t work well and water leaks everywhere, and I mean half the bathroom completely flooded. We were supposed to stay for a week, and we ended up cutting our trip short and left to Rome. The host was responsive and was helpful over the phone when we could not locate the property. The mattresses were comfortable, but the pillows were very lumpy. The unit was clean, and has enough storage space. The location is walkable, but with a child with special needs, we needed to be closer. The map that Expedia provides apparently is outdated which led us to believe that we were going to be closer than we actually were.

Mixed, but mostly positive

During our stay we ended up changing to another apartment due to several reasons. For example the air was quite damp and it was hard to dry towels. Also missed the stunning Sperlonga views and sunshine a bit. The whole switcheroo was extremely easy and pleasant process and we were also lucky that there was another option available. The free umbrella on Belvedere beach that is included was an awesome addition to the experience. I definitely recommend the company, the owner, the employees and the whole Sperlonga experience for everyone. Good things about this apartment are the cost, ample space, the possibility to host 6 people (loft with curtains) and the well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Fanns inga taxin i Fondi - Sperlonga. Vi fick ta bussen. Därefter var det flera stop, vi fick instruktioner att hoppa av i gamla stan. Det var svårt att hitta lägenheten. Adressen fanns inte på Maps så vi snurrade rundor med bagage i värmen. Instruktionerna som vi fått innan gällde med bil och inte gående. Eftee videosamtal med värd kunde vi hitta lägenheten. Lägenheten hade allt och var ren. Men eftersom de var källarvåning så kunde man känna av lukten av unket från avloppen. Samt fanns de massor av myggor där barnen fick flera bett på armar och ben. Annars låg den nära stranden, där man hade egen paraply och solstolar. Samt i den gamla staden som var mysig dock var redo för trappor och backar.

I stayed in the basement. Definitely not for rent solely. Spacious - 1. Noisy. I could literally hear every single thing that was going on upstairs. I left earlier 2. Dirty. Dirt on the walls above the stove had not cleaned for ever 3 Toilet cover was broken, tap was broken 4. Nor near the beach. 1 km by walking 5. Surrounding. No light at night and messy 6. Communication was poor
