  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

I prefer to sleep on the street than in that hotel

The worst hotel i have ever been. The room was in the basement and It was so old, cold and with an horrible smell. It was so bad that we decided not to stay overnight in that hotel and look for another hotel.

Skønt hotel

Lækkert hotel med god beliggenhed. Vi var på skiferie med familien (2 voksne og 2 børn). Stort rent værelse med dejlig udsigt til skibakkerne. Ingen larm fra andre værelser. Sødt personale der taler godt engelsk. Lækkert morgenmad med dejlig udsigt fra restauranten. Fint lille spaområde (boblebad, sauna, koldtvandsbassin) man kan booke en time privat om dagen (gratis hvis man bor på hotellet flere dage). Lækkert mad i restauranten til ok priser. Billig taxakørsel til og fra pisteområdet hvilket er rart da hotellet ligger højt. Det eneste jeg kunne ønske mig var et loungeområde et sted på hotellet eller på værelset hvis man kan sidde og læse i en bog. Kun godt mangle the køkken på værelset eller sted man kunne få kaffe/the med selvbetjening løbet af dagen. Ingen elevator. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel :-)

Dejligt hotel

Super dejligt hotel. Nyistandsatte fine værelser og lækker morgenmadsbuffet. Spa-området var småt, men stadig dejligt med boblebad og sauna. De talte ikke ret godt engelsk, men det lykkedes os alligevel at kommunikere😊 Hotellet ligger lidt højt oppe ift. byen, når man har små børn.

January stay at Snezca

Lovely location with great views over the valley. Room was on the small side, not much space around the bed. Breakfast was plentiful, and generally good. We opted for half board, and the evening meals were good. The dwarf goats are very cute.

It´s okey.

The food served in the restaurant was surprisingly delicious. The younger service personal was helpful and nice, but there's an older woman working in the reception disk who is rather arrogant, rude and extremely slow. She's the reason we won't return to this hotel. Other from that the location is quite central and the spa gives a pleasant experience to the stay.

Doppel Zimmer deluxe 4 Sterne verfehlt

Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut und die Bedienung super. Die Straßengeräusche sind sehr im Zimmer zu hören. Doppelzimmer mit Beistellcouch die Hart wie ein Brett war zum schlafen völlig ungeeignet ( Holzklasse) weit gefehlt von Deluxe. Dusche sehr eng selbst für normale Figur. Loppy und Bar schön eingerichtet, Skiraum mit Stiefeltrockner und abschließbaren Schränken mit Zugang vom Parkplatz. Wellnessbereich gut.

My beautiful stay in Krkonose

They were very kind a the reception, helped me a lot, were patient. Rich breakfast, nice spa area. Nice views form the hotel since it is on the hill.

Perfekt gelegenes und schönes Hotel

Waren zum Skifahren dort. Hätten ein Superior Doppelzimmer. Die Einrichtung war top, das Bett wunderbar bequem und alles schien sehr neu, vor allem das geräumige Bad mit übergroßer Wanne und Dusche. Toll zum Entspannen nach dem Skifahren. Allerdings wurde es in der Woche, in der wir da waren kein einziges Mal geputzt. Nur die Handtücher wurden ausgetauscht. Das war etwas schade, da man es im Winterurlaub schon mehrmals am Tag ausgiebig nutzt und es dementsprechend schneller schmutzig wird. Aber das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Sonst kann ich das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Rádi se vrátíme....

Hotel je velice pěkný, čistý, je vidět, že si někdo dává záležet, dobré snídaně a perfektní grilování... Super výhled z terasy, ideální poloha - klid a přitom pár kroků od centra.... Wellness super, čisté - jen je třeba si ho rezervovat včas - je privátní. Malý nedostatek je vedro na pokojích. Pomohly by zatemňovací závěsy.

Hotel nie przekracza standardu 3 gwiazdek Na 4 nie zasługuje. Twarde łóżko. Skrzypiące podłogi i stropy. Słabe wyciszenie. Jedzenie nie zachwyca. Obsługa kiepska. Dobra lokalizacja i klimatyczne wnętrza. Cena zbyt wysoka do jakości.

Hotel Sněžka

Fint hotel med fantastiske faciliteter i kælderen: Sauna og "is bad" 5-8 grader. Boblebad og afslapnings-brikse, alt som nyt og indeholdt i værresesprisen. Dog var der en underligt belærende tjener som synes han skulle overbevise mine drenge og jeg om at fodbold var fuldstændig YT, det var kun ishockey der var godt. Maden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for men udover den ene tjener var personalet kun venlige og korrekte i deres optræden.

Hotel super,widoki cudne, fajne położenie hotelu- niestety podjazd w zimie wymaga łańcuchów na kołach i trochę daleko do wyciągów narciarskich ( z pod hotelu nie jeżdżą ski busy)
