"The hotel lobby area was very nice and the hotel was in a great location. The entire staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, but there was no comfortable seating just to relax. There was only one small table with two medal chairs. It was also very dark, especially in the bathroom. We did not eat in the restaurant, but it was highly rated and very crowded so I’m sure it was good."

"Nice hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good for a hotel. I was missing frosted flakes though! My only complaint is that the pool was closed and the group I was traveling with were all looking forward to the pool."

"The staff went above expectations to provide a personal touch for our stay. They were friendly, provided recommendations in the area for walking and dining and offered assistance in our room (a nightlight and ADA accommodations). The staff checked with us to see that we had what we needed, making the stay very pleasant. The room temperature was appropriate and could be adjusted by us. The indoor pool was nice to have, but on one occasion was too cold for our liking. If you plan to use the pool, I suggest letting the manager know the day ahead of time to be sure the temperature is set to your comfort level. We may stay here again if we return to the area to visit."

"We only had time for a 2 day visit to Iowa's great lakes. Mit Chaudri and the staff were phenomenal! In spite of a prebooked wedding party and associatesld events, one room was reserved for us. We loved the room, and delicious full breakfast. We were relaxed and grateful! We will be back next spring!"
