Certes très bien situé pour se promener dans split mais très bruyant car bars et touristes peu silencieux 😜.... Tuyau de la douche qui fuit, literie lit deux places bien moyen... climatisation que dans une des chambres. Emplacement au coeur de split. Bus et bateaux tout est à proximité

The apartment is very good for first time visitors in Split. It is convenient and close to everything. The only thing is the noise at night since it is really in a very touristy area. Also, the apartment is on the top floor so you will need to hike up several steps which is almost expected everywhere anyways😀

The pictures make this apartment seem much larger than it is and the stairs are no joke! The 3rd floor had 5-6 flights of stairs; me & my son are in good shape but whew that’s a hike up & down several times a day! The kitchen is TINY. The bathroom is small but did the job. The bedroom doesn’t have AC just the living room does and it’s freezing. The bed in the living room kept falling through the slats that held the mattress. We turned on the AC and left all of the doors open so eventually it was cool enough to sleep in the bedroom with two twin beds. The good part is the location & the manager Mate! The location was breathtaking! You walk right outside the apartment and can touch the palace! We walked around the area day and night to shop, explore, eat, buy ducks, grab Gelato -It was truly magical! Mate the apartment manager was so easy to communicate with and was available to help us with any issue! Great guy and he gladly shared his knowledge with us about the area and gave us recommendations of things to do and places to visit, even gave us a map! If the owner would invest in improving the kitchen and putting AC in the bedroom, I would definitely return!

Apartment is located in a wonderful part of old Split. Every well-known site was just walking distance away. The host met us upon arrival and was very helpful and kind. His recommendations of sights to see and experience were excellent. We enjoyed our stay!

Super fint sted til prisen - meget centralt

Alt i alt et virkelig fint sted. Det lå helt fantastisk inde i den gamle bydel. Tæt på alt. Værten var utrolig servicemindet. Svarede på henvendelser med det samme og gav os gode tips til vores dage i byen. I forhold til prisen er beliggenheden helt i top. Vi vil gerne anbefale stedet. Den sidste stjerne mangler grundet små ting. • søndag morgen var der nogen der renoverede i bygningen og de gik igang kl. 6 AM. • i bruseren var brusehovedet itu og der var ikke meget afløb i brusebadet • den sovesofa der bruges som ekstra seng er ikke super komfortabel. • man må ikke være støjfølsom da lyde fra gaden kan høres på trods af skodder og gode vinduer.

Hi, thanks a lot for your appartement. It was very in the centre. What we were looking for. The plus; -very central in the old town. -washmachine for the clothes The minus; -No toilet paper, we had to buy some. -Problems with the shower. -Not really shower gel, no shampoo.

We arrive early and Mateo de Property Manager was in the property waiting for us before the check in time and help us out with that. The apartment is centric, clean, comfortable, has all the ammeneties listed. Excelent communication with the property manager. He even gave us a 10-15 min briefing on where to go around the area with and open map. I hightly recommend this place.

The apartment is in a great location next to the Deocletian Palace and is very well equipped. Mate was happy to bring forward our check in time when our flight arrived early and let us have a late check out. He also gave us some great recommendations, particularly the Fife restaurant. I would definitely use this apartment again.

Great location to stay in Split

Perfect location to stay in Split. Right in the city center, close to everything you may need. The downside is that it may be a bit noisy overnight, but it is enough to keep the windows closed and the air conditioning at full power to cool down the apartment. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared to reach the third floor through narrow stairs.

Excellent location and local knowledge

Lovely apartment in an excellent location in the old town. The manager gave us great tips on the local area including a recommendation for an amazing restaurant.

This apartment almost is on the top floor of the building so expect to climb a few stairs. Once inside it’s quite spacious, with windows overlooking the little streets of the old town

Brillant apartment and hospitality

Fantastic apartment. Located in heart of old town. Owner could not have done enough for us .....was able to organise a taxi to airport and facilitate late check out which we really appreciated. We can't wait to return and are planning our next trip

Perfekt belägen lägenhet med allt som behövs för en vistelse. Inget spektakulärt fint, men bra AC, fräsch toa och man ska ju ändå inte hänga inomhus på semestern!

very good location, pretty kute

The appartment is very covinnetly located: inside the old town but close to were cars start driving. So when taxi drops you with your laggage you only need to walk about 200 meters or less. Tow bedrooms, one doesn#t have a door, but overall in very good condition and nice looking, also was pretty quite.
