Beautiful room with great view, nearby Old Split and the harbour. Parking can be a bit confusing since there are 3 separate parkings spots and each parking spot belongs to something different. Thankfully our host was friendly and really fast at responding at our texts, so great customer service. Would recommend.

Excellent location, close to the local city beach as well as the old town. Fantastic views, clean, excellent air conditioning and elevator. Building was well maintained and clean. The little resto at the bottom of the building is great for a quick breakfast option before a day of touring. Highly recommend. Area was very safe, cleaning services were excellent. I would book here again if I was visiting Split.

Loved our stay! The hotel was close to everything including the airport shuttle bus stop. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant for a typical Croatian dish.

This property is very modern. Excellent location and the room is large. It does come with a refrigerator unfortunately which did not keep food cold. View from the room was excellent. It was a view of the harbor. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Good sized room, nice bathroom, fabulous views (14th floor), friendly and helpful host (note: not a hotel and not a manned reception - checking in is more like for an AirBnB). Only grumble is the bed was not very comfortable - oh, and the loo seat was very loose.

This place is less of a hotel and more of a floor with 5 or so rooms and one person managing it who is rarely there. The room was not bad with a decent view. The area nearby is very dirty and covered in graffiti, I know theres nothing the hotel can do about it but its not a nice area. We had a late ferry to Hvar the next day and asked if they can hold our bags for us. They said they could but when the time came there was no one in reception. We called and they said "just leave them in the hallway" with no one watching them or locked up. Just the middle of hallway were anyone could walk away with them. That annoyed us so we left and paid a luggage storage place to watch them.

Flexible check-in process, coordinated via iMessage/WhatsApp with the property staff (who were very friendly!). Very spacious, comfortable, air conditioned room with large windows overlooking the Split harbour, since we had selected a sea view at booking. 10 min walk from the harbour and old city. Limited amenities provided (i.e., hand soap, shampoo (no body wash/lotion), a kettle with instant coffee and teas, a blow dryer, a mini fridge, and a small safe - not big enough for a laptop), but this was perfect for our brief stay. The airport transfer was also easy to coordinate and efficient. Highly recommend!
