"We had a fantastic time at Aethos Saragano. We stayed for a week in one of the village rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and well kitted out. The restaurant, Ceci, is fantastic - we ate there four nights, and could have happily had done more. The view from the restaurant and terrace is amazing - rolling Umbrian countryside as far as the eye can see. Mixed bag
"First, this property is situated really well to walk to most of the major attractions and numerous restaurants. That is the good part, getting to it can be tricky. Google maps will send you in a totally wrong direction and on some exceptionally narrow streets. The staff seemed very disorganized and we felt we were put into a surplus room, not one of the regular offerings. We were there only Monday and the restaurant is closed on Mondays, so we never had an opportunity to try it out."
