“A sweet mom n’ pop property run by a lovely young family. Cheaper than anything in State College and right on the doorsteps of The Waffle Shop and a wonderful Greek restaurant, I always make this my budget friendly stay when I’m visiting my son at PSU. It’s a rare find.”

I rarely ever have issues with the hotels/motels themselves. It’s the other guests which are usually the issue with their lack of awareness to the noise they create. Or, in this case, the dog(s) they travel with that constantly bark when they leave them alone in the room. Not the dog’s fault, was probably anxious. This was in room right next to me so no way to cover that sound with anything else. Will just request next time to maybe not...
“This hotel was conveniently located right off the Highway. Our room was recently renovated and it was wonderful! Super clean, big comfy beds with clean white bedding, mirrors that light up, streaming on smart tvs, it looks like there will be a future restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast options were very minimal. ”
