We’ve been to this hotel consistently over the last ten years and it’s getting a little long in the tooth. We were on a mid floor and the street noise was very loud.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Area was within walking distance to Starbucks, and mass mutual. The only downside was after a 2 1/2 hr drive, once we arrived to the room, the toilet was broken and there were no bags in the trash.

Constant door slamming, elevators right outside of the room making noise. Had to park across the street and walk. Have to pay extra for late check out if you want it. Just not nearly worth the pricetag for the mediocre room. We could have stayed at a red roof for a third of the price and the conditions would have been the same.
