No eggs or waffles etc when asked to change rooms cause I was in a dungeon with a window at least 10 feet high, was told there was none even tho there was a vacancy sign up. Not a happy customer . "

"Not sure why this hotel is 2.5 stars. It has a great location, execellent staff and amenities. The hotel is newish, so the rooms are in great shape. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was fantastic. Free parking. What more could you want? The only downside was it was a little pricey and quite often you need to book 2 nights. This is not exclusive of this hotel. Many of them have this policy. We booked early enough in advance that we didnt have to book 2 nights. We requested a room close to elevator for my elderly mother and we were accomnodated, so that was nice. Overall, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend."
