The room was very clean, beds were nice and comfortable. I especially liked the blanket, as it was fluffier and more substantial than some other hotels.
Removing 1 star due to the fact that the man at the front desk who checked us in was very rude. He barely interacted as he went through the motions, and then I asked him if the room was in a certain direction, he just said “yeah”, but it definitely wasn’t in that direction. He watched me and my daughter with our 2 dogs go back and forth, trying to figure out where the room was, and he did nothing to assist. All other staff that we encountered were pleasant, though. They also charge a $75 fee per dog, which is a little steep compared to other hotels (a lot of them just waive it); it is listed in the fee description though, so it’s not as though they’re hiding it.
Overall, I would stay again.
